This turned out to be another Richard Markle AKA raidersoftheloststocks, BS play. He has a history with several tickers where he holds paper. He comes in and promises people things and then runs away once he has sold. Everyone should follow up with his posting history and you will see exactly what I mean. Heck he even lies to promoters promising them money to help out then he stiffs them. Ask around.
