Lawsuit accuses KC minibike-maker of smear campaign against competitor

"Monster Moto said that it so far has not been served with the original lawsuit, which was filed in the Western District of Missouri.

"Typically, companies will file lawsuits, not serve them and then use the fact of filing as a bludgeon against their competitors," said Monster Moto's attorney, Keith Grady of Polsinelli PC's St. Louis office. I haven't see that. I did see where APT is seeking an injunction though against Monster Moto.
