All the states legalization laws are requiring seed to sale within their respective borders. Big tobacco would have to build out a grow op from scratch in every state, basically they will have to do everything trtc is doing but with john q smokes alot protesting their take over attempts. No when big T comes it will be with their check book out, and they will be looking hard at trtc. Just look at the number of states we have greenhouses in already.
The black market has taken a big hit in states that have legalized. Taxes are so high on legal mj that the black market who sells cheaper and inferior products has been able to survive. Eventually the legal mj prices will drop and the black market for mj will be no more.
