Yes there are patents. This has been announced publicly yesterday and a couple weeks ago. And announced on major news feed ie Wall Street Journal, CNBC, CNN, etc.

cannot prove dilution. As far as anyone can tell the only shares traded are the ones on the float. No way to disprove that until it is reported. CEO publicly stated they are not diluting. I know the CEO personally and believe what he is saying to be true or if it has changed there is a reason and in the best interest of shareholders.
