I got an email from Farid and he said "We are still waiting on the Sri Lanka Gov. One department they say still
working on some designs before they give us an order next month.

At the end it is the customer call on when they want to buy.

We are now working on the other countries that we started also couple of months ago, and will be moving with them on a faster pace."

I think he wants to give us a firm date as a general idea. If the customer changes or delays, then it's pushed up again. He should probably say "at this point, the time frame is ..." rather than locking in a date. Either way, I believe we'll see some good progress next month IMO.
