Voices - I second this message.

Sounds like a bunch of hype (BS) in hopes of getting .0001 to .0003/4 cents rise in the price to make some $$$. Then let the stock drop a little and repeat.

This appears to be the way penny stocks are viewed and traded. Pump and Dump with zero facts. The only thing that matters is the getting newbies excited about the possibilities of making $$ only to be left holding the stock at a higher price.
