TNX represents the yield on the 10 treasury bond.
The Theory is, money is shifting between bonds & equities. as money flows into bonds, the price of bonds goes up, which makes the yield drop. The chart shows yields dropping, so some folks infer money is leaving stocks in order to buy those bonds.

There are no guarantees & your best bet is to observe bonds & stocks together over time & decide whether this theory has any value to you.
