Pasta,

I am unable to understand why this is being held at around 10 cents. Who would benefit by ensuring that the reverse split happens at a ratio of 1:40 or more.

What's the game out here. Clearly the volume does not make sense to me. There are other penny stocks trading more with nothing on the horizon.
