My brother lived in Chi-town for a few years. My best memory is of the winter and all the cars were sporting CB radio whip antennas. I found out it was because the snow got so high that was the only way you could see another car at an intersection. But the best is Minnepolis, where the slogan is "The Seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Winter, Winter".
