BeBevCo Class Action Lawsuit Update 08-26-14

I'll keep it brief. Information gathering is ongoing and Counsel briefings are productive.

Public information will be limited on advice of counsel, but some posting disclosures to a public forum are permitted.

Something very powerful to making a stronger case against BeBevCo has presented itself this morning. Brian Weber has enemies within his company / organization that he is unaware of. They read these posts but don't post themselves and some have reached out to me via facebook's inbox feature. The information appears to be legitimate and will be explored further by Counsel. They will remain nameless, and I will not post anything that will give away who they are. What I can say is that the new information provided will prove that the company's operations are far more corrupt than previously thought.

Brian may be looking at not just civil litigation but criminal prosecution as well.
