yes, they've dipped into their bag of tricks once already and came up with the R/S.

didn't work out so well for the owners of the company then.
i'm not convinced it will now.

currently they run the atm and have initiated a pretty unusual preferred offering.


what else can they do?
pare back salaries, bonuses, and stock options?

i, too, will be upset if they shave us off at the knees again that way.
