Dam I was hoping this might tell us alot more.It sure will tell us the o/s the debt left if any and just maybe I can find what assets the company has.

I was thinking we see if Tau is there if not something not right.I bet a 100 bill it want list the ligation with Pfizer as a asset.

If it does not then Elliot got some serious explaining to do imo.

If you speaking to a investor/shareholder and as a officer you tell them what your assets are then it must be the truth cause if not you violated SEC and other laws is my point.

Maybe I'm wrong but if I understand anything about rules regarding public companies the information officers disclose to shareholders investors must be factual not lies is my point.
