He doesn't owe us anything. He's focused on the testing, which is what should be the focus. What is easy to see however, is how often news is released by this company. You can count the press releases within a given time period - say, 3 years, and divide the number of press releases by the number of months to gauge a transparency estimate.

If transparency was an issue to me, this is what I would do, and I probably wouldn't invest in a company that wasn't transparent enough for my needs as an investor.
