The most recent reporting date for short interest was July 31, with that data due to be updated at 1600 EST on August 26 (today):

The reason there has been no update on TEMN is because the short interest has not changed, that is it remains at zero. When one considers the expense and difficulty in shorting penny stocks such as TEMN, as explained by BigBake1 and others, this is hardly surprising.

What surprises some, but not me, is that the recidivist crook in charge of the TEMN/TEXX/Emperial Americas/Top Shelf Holdings pumpndumperooni has hired not one, but two, sleazy promotional outfits that assist scams like TEMN by deliberately confusing and conflating short interest - by definition, issued every two weeks - with daily Reg SHO data, which is quite a different thing.

Hence the entirely justifiable horror of esrtwhile TEMN supporters who understand these things.
