I read that task report many many times.... all I saw was a bunch of unsubstantiated opinions and crap like he bought expensive pens and watches. Some people are under the opinion that is was nothing more than an extortion attempt from some people that we unhappy with Heffernan for one reason or another.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I just don't see it.

Here is an example. We send out mass market emails to people that have signed up to receive information from our site. The have given their email addresses to us for one reason or another.

When we send these people email they called\marked it spam and internet providers stop accepting email from us. We did nothing wrong but peoples OPINION that we are spamming them forces the internet companies to block us.

This is what I think is happening here. Lost money maybe. fraud on the other hand I don't see it.
