Yes the shareholders were misled on the share buyback and now any question about being misled, shareholders are being stonewalled by NEW MANAGEMENT

Give the shareholders a Certified Audit to see the extent of the problem and if I was Matt Briggs I would demand one before I would take over and put my name on any thing. so every body knows who and where all the problems are.
