That makes sense for stocks with positive momentum and buying pressure and that are not experiencing heavy dilution and/or insider selling, which this one seems to be.

Perhaps you have not been watching the last week or so, but the moment any kind of buying interest starts up on this ticker you will see VFIN magically appear on the ask in the mid-.0020s. MAXM and LAFC have also been taking turns. I'm guessing they are holding off today to give the illusion that the selling is done, but given the huge selling volume early I would guess that even though they have moved their ask prices up that's not stopping them from dumping into the bid all the way to .0019, where LAFC has been providing support the past few days to prevent a total PPS collapse. When the bid finally thins out my guess is he will drop back down to .0016 then .0014 and .0012 and so on... all IMO
