He can't keep investors updated as well as an IR firm. That is what they do best. IR could take care of many issues including the website, PR's, etc. McHenry should be focusing on the business and finding ways to improve net profits. He shouldn't waste his time writing a PR if he has so many deals going on.

Also any reason why McHenry is not tweeting the info he is releasing to the informant? I thought he would use twitter instead of leaking tidbits of info to one person via texts and phone calls.
