TRADING LESSONS 101

Some of you maybe selling into the bid, you are doing this because you may think that you have to, but you dont have to.
You can sell at any price you wish.

Also those of you that are bid sitting, and trying to buy on the bid, what you dont understand is that you are trying for the stock to go long but then you bid sit.

Purchasing or selling into the bid will hurt much forward momentum on a stock.

If you are a LONG style of trader, which most people are, you want to do your business on the ASK. The BID is usually where the shorters of a stock do their business.

So, a shorter wants you to sell into the BID, because when they are trying to cover, it is their shares that are bid sitting. Many times when you sell into the BID, you could be selling into a shorter trying to cover their short position.

Today, this stock is being traded by many amateur traders, if it was handled correctly it would have more forward momentum.
