Steve this dude is so lost when I read this stuff it make no since he has no clue of how things work at store level, first its about getting on more and more shelves. Peta, he listing to to much talk radio haha. The quality of distributor does he not get it. It don't matter if its a bud distributor or a craft beer distributor or a beef jerky distributor or like a jobber system like Mr Checkout, notice he don't mention Core Mart or Mclain which Hangover Joes uses which are the two largest DSD house in the country. He has lost his mind and knows the beating is on at the store level. See the guy bringing in the Jerky or the guy bring in beer or core mark bringing in half the store, none of that matters, The consumer don't know who or what is placing on the shelf or what items they even sell. The key is counter placements it don't matter who the distributor is or what other products they sell or carry what maters is distribution and getting on more and more store counters. More counters equal more sales so he not a believe good it will be better that way haha. The average consumer picking this up don't know if its caffeine free or not unless they read the small print some consumers will a great majority won't but that don't matter. The caffeine free works for the buyers who are now scared as hell to be sued if someone dies from using a product with to much caffeine its the stores wanting more healthy choices for consumers and a certain segment of consumers want no caffeine. As the lawyers and attorney generals of lots of states are adding this to the wrongful death suits, the companies and stores are reacting. He needs to start reading beverage publication and not listing to the nut job talk radio Peta crowed haha. His argument is so based in not knowing anything about stores DSD or distribution its so funny he totally off bases and its easy to show. The key is more counters more distribution and it don't matter what company sets it on the shelf. This is a soft launch, they rolled out with Jobbers but also Mclain and Core Mart the two largest DSD he seams not to mention that because it does not work to his liking they are multi million dollar operations compared to the small independent guys but they all add up to more distribution the thing that will burn his house down soon haha. They are attacking the market in multi ways which is only smart to build on distribution. The whiz kid here forgot to mention these factors, and as for social media its how news and information is now delivered. Social media is todays TV and Radio for more people than its not. The world has changed and so has distribution and products and placement. The caffeine issue plays well with tons of people but at the end of the day its a brilliant move with the buyers and stores as it curbs their corp liability in the todays beverage market. You who have used the product cannot tell if it has Caffeine or not it works as well as a drink with Caffeine. This shows the brilliance of the management. Jaynes was a lawyer who sued drug companies to the tune of millions he had to be behind that move because it gives both the store and the consumers what they are looking for and curbs the liability for the store and also gives them an extra reason to stock this brand that has instant branding. The Checkout Blitz will put this in more and more stores. The Beef Jerky guys will also but it in stores, the beer guys also, the peanut and snack and chip guys also and the large DSD like Mclain and Core mart also more stores more counters are more sales. The key is its going onto more shelves, so he might not like what one distributor sells or another that don't matter, its counters that the only thing that matters is more counters that equal more sales. He might not like the message or believe but believe me the old fashion but kicking as we call it in the south is on. What he won't really like is the sell through rates. Hang in there, this story is only going to get better in time as we move forward into 2015. I love schooling this dude, its actually to easy he to blinded by some beating they gave him or anger and the other loser's who started in the beginning to take the company public, who got schooled first rate by HJOE! I think that must be the real issue. More shelves no matter who sets the product on them only does one thing sells more product and GIT R DONE!
