You are correct. We will eventually have to do one if we want to get to a better board. No way can we with 25 billion shares.
Even a 1/40 at a nickel raising us to $2 would leave 625,000,000 shares. No way are we worth 1.25 billion dollars. And that's not until we reach a nickel and do the R/S. IMO ain't gonna happen for a long, long, time.
For anyone talking about a R/S
