They were ultra-tight partners in TDEY, PRPM and PBHG. It might interest people to know that Clark's bosom buddy Eddie Vakser is soon to be a convicted felon.

VAKSER ARRESTED, JAILED---CLAIMS HE'S A "UKRAINIAN CITIZEN"---3/17/14

TDEY Chairman EDWARD "Eddie" ISAAK VAKSER was indicted on 2/12/14 by Grand Jury on a charge of criminal felony theft of property valued between $20,000 and $100,000. There was a warrant issued for his arrest all that time.

He was finally arrested on Monday (Jail Book-In #14016154). He appeared before the Dallas County Magistrate on 3/17/14 at 9:34PM for arraignment. He refused a court appointed lawyer and said he would hire his own. A cash/surity bond was set at $1,500. Eddie apparently didn't have it so he was "remanded to the Dallas Sheriff's Office" and thrown in jail.

Pursuant to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, the Magistrate notified the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC of Eddie's claim of being a Ukrainian citizen. Eddie was born 12/28/1963.

Vakser is being prosecuted by the Dallas County District Attorney who has a 99.4% conviction rate. Eddie and his lawyer have appeared in court 9 times so far. Each time they have requested and been granted an extension ("pass slip") to re-appear at a later date.

On 7/23/14 the DA offered Eddie a plea deal of "4 years deferred sentence" and $55,000 in restitution. That would result in an admission of committing a felony which would prohibit Vakser from being an officer in any public company. They appeared in court again on 8/14/14. Instead of accepting the deal they requested yet another extension until 9/4/14. Unless Vakser makes some concession soon the DA could elect to withdraw the offer and set the case for trial.

LAST SUMMER ORTIZ AGREED TO BE CHAIRMAN OF VAKSER'S PROTEK CAPITAL [PRPM]. IN FEBRUARY, VAKSER DECLARED PRPM TO BE A "MARIJUANA" COMPANY. IT SHOT UP THEN CRATERED BECAUSE THERE WAS --ZERO-- TRUTH TO ANY OF IT. PRPM HAS BEEN "GLOBALLY LOCKED" FOR MONTHS NOW. THE CURRENT RUMOR IS THAT EDDIE PLANS TO COMPENSATE BURNED SHAREHOLDERS WITH STOCK IN ONE OF HIS "SISTER COMPANIES." SWRF WAS OFTEN REFERRED TO AS A "SISTER"... PART OF THE VAKSER/ ORTIZ "TRIFECTA." BOTH OF THESE CLOWNS HAVE THEIR BACKS TO THE WALL NOW SO DON'T BE SURPRISED IF THEY TEAM UP AGAIN.
