I understand that other companies such as HEMP were NOT suspended which points to the possibility that PHOT was complicit or maybe it was all the shares insiders dropped but again, why did they wait a month? Is it just coincidence that these four were manipulating while PHOT was doing potentially criminal things? Or were they simply wrapping up their investigation? If the four promoters drew the attention of the SEC early on it seems any wrongdoing by the company would have been discovered at the same time.
Maybe I'm over thinking this timeline but that extra month confuses me.
