I would like a real discussion please. If you respond with, " because they committed fraud", you will earn my ignore button. I would truly like to understand this. The SEC alleges the four promoters such as moneyrunners manipulated PHOT between January 14 and March 18 when they disposed of their holdings, why did the SEC wait almost another month to suspend especially since these guys were out?
Again, I'm looking for serious answers and I'm trying to learn something here so please be serious and detailed.
