So what does a person do when he/she was told months ago in a private e-mail from PVEC that "your certificates will be in the mail within two weeks", and he/she still has not received them. Am i and Tjx2 the the only ones who has not received the certs? I don't really care about the certs anyway at this point. I JUST WANT THIS TO GO UP TO AT LEAST A HALF A PENNY!!!!!
