Nobody is acquiring MSLP for 200 million. Not happening. Period.

They are on track to do $200 million in sales this year alone, so your valuation is 1 x sales (for a company whose revenues are on track for an 81% increase YoY). None of the insiders, and I am assuming very few other shareholders, would be willing to take $15.87/share today.
