uhh yeah, we are not talking about the Overall organization of Oppenheimer funds. The FINRA action details that exact OFFICE in Boca Raton Florida where he was clearly employed... lol

He was working there with those individuals during that "Relevant Period" as outlined by FINRA. He wasnt in the supervisory position apparently as that is what FINRA went after due to their lack of concern over the sales of unregistered shares. Gee I wonder what kind of shares are being sold in TEMN currently... let see.. Form 15 filed... no longer registered... well I will be damned.. unregistered TEMN shares. I wonder who could possibly be employed that knows a thing or two about selling unregistered shares into the market... lol
