When you see chart(INCC)in one month trading from 0,0011 to 0,0180 WITHOUT news and you see ECAU chart,OMG... RSI much oversold and space enough to run north fast and long.Everybody are waiting for news, but this stock can rice without news also with big green candles everyday.Buy continue on the ask and let MM running like chicken.
I believe with good news this can be also a 10bagger and higher from this level. IMO.

I will loading more tomorrow!!
