You are correct with your thoughts. There are some investors that are long DIGX and are taking the risk to weather the storm for something big to happen. The previous volume appears to have been the preliminaries. With the release of their last recently released PR, I'm guessing that they must be very close to providing that major update of substance that we all have been waiting to see. They had been quiet for so long and then to come out of nowhere to release that PR last week hinting of something major brewing on the horizon, I'm guessing that they must be close to announce closure on something major that has transpired.
