It is not about what the CEO's shares are worth it's about what Joe's settlement is worth. In a sane world the value of Joe's settlement should not increase 1000X just because the common shares went through a 1/1000 RS after the agreement was signed. While I can appreciate the audacity I can't wish him good luck.
