Maybe I don't get it but this seems a little bigger source of income (for XLPI and XPL) than a avian flu market but then I've always been mechanically inclined. Not a whole lot is known about the "flu" yet but quite a bit is known about the following markets, to name a few. I find it amazing that people were using XLPI or XLP as a flu play! CURRENT NEWS & EVENTS

Xcelplus Asia Pacific Activities and Sales Forecast



1)Uawithya Machinery Co.
Their first order of USD30, 000 - USD50, 000 together with signing of the Master Distributor contract will take place before mid April'06. Our sales target for them for the first three months is USD80, 000 and to achieve USD200, 000 before the year-end.

2)Italthai Engineering Co. Ltd.
They are our existing distributor for the automobile and heavy-duty vehicle industry and with their present project, producing Bio-fuel to replace the huge diesel market in Thailand, our Permanent Engine Treatment will be in demand for vehicle that made the switches. Market reaction is that Bio-fuel might have some bad effect on the engine hence, Italthai will promote aggressively our Engine Protection Treatment in their campaign too.

3)Cockpit - leader of Lube Center in Thailand.
We are in the mist of negotiation with them to represent us in all their
branches. Between Italthai and Cockpit we are looking at a sales turnover of USD100,000 for the first three months and are aiming at USD300, 000 before year-end. This figure should be attainable because our infomercial campaign will spur the sales once we kick it in sometime the third quarter of this year.

4)Airport Authority - Supply of Rubber Runway Removal.
The outlook of securing this project is very positive and if lady luck is on our side we should see a minimum sales turnover of USD500,000 from this business before year-end.

5)Southern China - negotiation with the respective distributor has been finalized and they are incorporating a company, Xcelplus Shenzhen Co. Ltd,specially for this business. Their main target is the automobile industry because one of their partner is the chairman of the Automobile and Mechanic Association that governed all the mechanical workshops in Southern China.
Beside this, they will also kick off the direct to consumers programmed. They are shooting at the third week of May to officially launch Xcelplus with a big bang in Shenzhen. Their first order - USD30, 000 to USD50, 000 to be placed sometime mid April and conservatively we are looking at a sales turnover of at least USD200,000 when we hit the forth quarter of this year.

6)Northern China - Harbin
It will be huge when this deal is finalized. First Auto Corporation, one of the biggest car manufacturer in China is proposing to specify the use of Xcelplus Engine Protection Treatment in all the vehicles they produced and this group of entrepreneurs is eyeing the heavy industry too. I won't be able to offer any figure at this stage but extremely confidence that we will make this big breakthrough into the China market real soon.

7)Motorcycle Industry
I have been touching base with this relatively huge MLM Company originated in Taiwan for the last couple of months to market our range of motorcycle and automobile products through their business model in all the South East Asia territory, i.e. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippine, India, Korea, Japan and Dubai. They are quite new in the market but very aggressive. Only three months in Indonesia and they achieved a turnover of USD400, 000 there. For the past month I exchanged pointer with their COO and eventually their CEO requested for a meeting - he's flying in tomorrow.
It's still quite primitive but again if lady luck is smiling on us anything is possible. If everything goes smoothly we might kick off with them as early as the beginning of the third quarter of this year and I am looking at a sales turnover of 3 to 4 million USD conservatively in year 2007. (base on half of their territory in S.E Asia because they targeted 2008 to open up all the countries)

Even if this deal falls through our existing network of motorcycle distributors in Thailand and Indonesia would easily achieve USD300,000 if we could put the
products into the market.
