OR
400 public shareholders, 500,000 shares publicly held, and average daily trading volume of 2,000 shares for previous 6 months

I guess we got this covered.

4. Price $2

Whatever RS is needed to get to 2$. A 1/200 would get us to $2.50 right now.

5. Market value public float $15 million

I think we're okay here too, aren't we?
