I just discovered that DF is CEO at BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. They traded under BMTL but it was delisted as of 08/06/2014.

Looks like they had a pending merger and it was terminated. I imagine DF was hired to successfully complete their plans. They went private?
