...Only problem is that even if a judge forced the liquidation of NowAuto, the value of what would be left for the shareholders involved in the lawsuit would be less than just selling off your personal shares at 8 stinkin' pennies per share.

It's a shame they couldn't have executed that very good business model better than what a 4-year-old child could have done. Perhaps if people with (((MANAGEMENT SKILLS))) were at the helm this all might have turned out differently?
