If that report was just filed a week ago and is true,

I ask that the moderator(s) of this board BAN Stock Momo effective immediately!

For making such a serious blantant false accusation against the company in order to drop the share price and cause panic here with no filings to back up a 1000:1 R/S

I would go further and ask he be reported to the company itself for slander and be delt with for further actions for fraud.
