Yes. But even if Cornell has only 10 million shares remaining, they still have outstanding warrants to buy 10 million more shares at .20

My big question is: Did Cornell voluntarily choose to exercise those warrants or did Neomedia require Cornell to exercise? NeoMedia can force Cornell to exercise if the PPS stays at .30 or more.
