"property maintenance services" yes but don't you think buying a 1.4 million dollar company is a bit jumping a head? If you have 1.4 million lets get this termite crap going first. Simple thing called first thing first or KISS--"KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID" until this company going and it's not going. If this was such a great idea, wonder why we are in the negative right now
