They must first meet the goals and checklist of uplisting in order to be considered for another exchange. Check out the requirements. GZFX does not meet them.
It must only be done AFTER a profit is reached. The market pays attention to the financials.
Shareholders would not be able to hold the price up with the current balance sheet.
Plus, 99% of R/S's head back down big. Any tick below the R/S price is a loss for those that hold into the R/S. Chart 5 stocks with a successful R/S and get back to me. It takes certain criteria to be successful. Investors run from the thought, UNLESS it involves uplisting.
They must do it in accordance with a filing for the AMEX. If not, those that hold shares will get burned.
JF had better not pull a R/S before being profitable. He already has enough shares for cash. Absolutely no reason to do it now.
