The SEC knows that when they suspend a stock it is a death sentence to the company.
They also feel they have enough proof that if challenged they can litigate.
So why hasn't SKTO filed a lawsuit against the SEC?

current and accurate information concerning the securities of SK3 Group, Inc. because of questions concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly available information about the company, including, among other things, its business activities, the control of the company, and trading in its securities.
