i know if i were lending $1.5M one of my preconditions would be "asher out". looks like the balance sheet will be much cleaner, and the OS much more stable, by the time more shareholder-friendly financing is in place. it all makes sense, and i'm glad management has been methodical in getting things lined up before the launch.
