I have some news. I did some research, and I have put some pieces together that I think you guys will find valuable. We have seen some pretty bizarre trading in the early and late minutes the last couple weeks, and I wanted to shed some light on to what might be causing it.

There is a guy known online named Tim Sykes that turned about 12 grand in to a couple million by day trading small cap stocks. These days, he runs a training web site where you pay money each money, and he provides strategies for shorting small caps. In addition, you get to socialize and share strategies with other folks on his site that are doing the same thing. When a group of these guys get together, the idea is that they can move the stock and short it and make money. The site is profit.ly

Imagine my interest when I found the following:

This is one of them that got out a few weeks back when the stock made a run up to 1.64. He got left behind, and posted his loss.

I believe we still have a number of these guys on there that are trying to move it here and there and make 50 bucks at a time. One of the strategies is to post alarming garbage to forums (think Yahoo). How many times have we seen "Dara about to crash in 20 minutes!!!!" and then not to long someone else posts "Big announcement after hours! Buyout!"

I think this is where our noise is coming from boys.
