I'm starting to wonder why PFNO hasn't just gone dark.

If they can still sell massive amounts of stock, at a premium.
While:
Being unregistered,
only releasing minimal unaudited financials,
And a 35 year history of non-accomplishment.

Why shouldn't Sid just sit back,
go dark,
and let third parties continue to make a market,
relying on them to hype up some potential whatevers to keep the scam alive.

Going dark would be the safest thing Sid could do for his retirement.
