As far as dmbao investing more, he is a big boy and I am sure he will have his lawyers write up an agreement that protects himself better this go round. The restrictions you mentioned sound good to.

I was taught if you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem.
Lastly, the local incentives PR is very interesting and tells you we are still moving toward a mine. A little slow for a world of instant gratification, but still forward.
