I think GALT has learned about promoters the hard way, probably got talked into paying him for the on line interview or something. It was probably a setup for the negative publicity in the first place.

The lawsuit is designed to take money away from the research and lessen the chance of success. Some slick talking hedge fund will come and try to talk them into some dillutive funding.

I've seen it first hand with a company I work with.

Can someone who knows the company well give an estimate of what their financial position is and exactly what their position in the approval process is?
