What I don't get is why they let this stock just sit here and rot? If you're going to run axreverse split, then do so. If you're going to execute a pump and dump, then do so. Maybe they are waiting on OTC volume to pick up before they decide to do anything- who knows. The track record for these conmen running this ticker is shaky at best. I guess I am just wondering what the holdup is.
