Why would a shareholder not ask the SEC about the Form 10 at this point? He said he "submitted" it over 60 days ago...yet nothing is present on EDGAR and no Form 10 has gone effective.

A "shareholder letter" was promised over 3 weeks ago....and yet nothing.

Isn't it time now to talk to the SEC directly?
