Of course hope springs eternal.....but i am believer that a company should be able to walk and talk at the same time..especially if truly a shareholder friendly company, with a genuine business venture.
That the changes in mgt noted in filings were some 6 months ago...and we do not have a change or note on the web site, we do not have a public release, the former managers are apparently no longer in control or contact, leaves any holders now blind.
If a mgt wanted to secure the good will of any remaining investors for foundation support it would be in THEIR interest to tease along with some basic updates, and touches on the site to let us know they are alive and, more importantly, have shareholders in mind.
I have followed this group for many years and the cycle of unfulfilled 'deals to come' has been endless.
I remained a holder from the last team who, while they could not seem to hit the side of a barn had integrity to respond and do the best they could.
The thing about so many of these pinks is that they are vehicles for owners and a few friends...not vehicles for real growth as public entities for common holders.
My read from the filings DOES indicate new money in this company...and new mgt....just not sure if they represent my interest. At some point the holy grail of 'news' becomes ridiculous...the company either respects and wants funders and shareholders or it does not.
Clearly at this point , irrespective of what they plan for themselves...shareholders are still holding the bag with no mgt interested in the norms of disclosure and PR/IR.
I'm in because i am in....but no one could put a toe in...because there is no there there at this point. Even a shell marketing itself as a shell with astute mgt can deliver value and interest for its holders based on its plans and prospects.
In ther past i encouraged the team to simply sell the vehilce for tax loss of a few cents and let us all move on....the lost $ in time here kills even large moves if not real and ...soon????
