He better take the D.A's offer before he yanks it. Imo Fast Eddie is desperate to avoid being branded a felon/thief which makes it illegal for him to run/own/control a public company. Then again..it's better than going to jail. Imo he'll transfer everything to bro-in-law Scott. What other choice does he have?
