Just to pre-warn take it what it is worth and do your DD. Just sharing with the board what I heard.. its all rumors at this time

EIP merger deal is still on. EIS don't care about any 3D technology as they are onto energy business. All the care is for the shell company to go public.

Aclp trying to give away their 3D technology to another company ???? And them take care of the debt on books. When its a done deal merge a clean shell with EIP.

I assume ???? Might be NXTD.

Interesting to see if they will be able to get the selling tech. Deal closed.

If all goes through, Sounds awesome deal for the shareholders.
