The biggest deception from the SA article was the insider selling. The shares were sold to exercise warrants in a equal cash value. Insiders ended up with more shares not less.
Also he talks as if the 100 million offering has been raised. This is not true the offering was renewed, no money has been raised from it.

Say what you will about so called scum bag promoters but it is just advertising.
The real scum bags to me are people who try to deceive you, trick you into selling for their own gain. A lot of people lost money here. A big reason is due to BS articles like the SA one.
